Description and Usage
A StrideDeck™ is a platform which guides individuals in a proper striding
motion.  Users may perform this motion with everyday foot or exercise wear
(running shoes, sneakers, etc.), street or walking shoes, or skates.

A StrideDeck™ includes a platform which an individual steps on to, positions
them self, and begins striding, first on one leg, then on the other.  The
StrideDeck™’s patented design allows a user to continue striding in place, yet
provides the proper amount of resistance to the striding effort.

Please note, do not use bare feet on a StrideDeck™.  Please wear an
appropriate type of shoe (runner, sneaker), or skate.

StrideDeck™'s Benefits
  • Allows striding anywhere, anytime, and particularly without ice or snow, and without skates or skis.  This
reduces the need for expensive ice time at inconvenient times, (who likes getting up for a 6 am practice
    or power skating session?).
  • Reinforces balance and proper striding positioning and technique with every use.
  • Low impact.
  • Excellent form of exercise.
  • May be used for cardio workouts.
  • Great for rehabilitation programs.
  • Easier to breakdown stride and confirm balanced power, (is each leg pushing equally? On ice, it is much
more difficult to tell, especially if you are the one doing it).
  • Good for all ages and skill levels.
  • Multiple exercise capabilities.
