We want people to enjoy the experience and improve their levels of confidence and fitness. To these ends, StrideDeck™ is designed to be used while wearing skates or shoes (running shoes!). StrideDeck™ users can make signicant positive gains in striding skills and power, balance, exercise, muscle strength and toning, cardio, and have fun! Since the StrideDeck™ is a low impact workout, it is good for persons from young to old, and for rehabilitation programs and needs. |

StrideDeck Inc. is lead by Cadmar Larson, our company president. His background includes teacher, inventor,
entrepreneur, father, husband, and hockey enthusiast. Cadmar directs Research and Design, Development,
Production, and Operations. Cadmar is the founder of the company and the driving force behind its success
and journey to market.
Sales and Marketing is managed by Ross Johnson. Ross is a professional, father, and hockey enthusiast.
Various aspects of Finance, Accounting, Shipping, and other matters are outsourced locally.

HISTORY
In the early 2000’s, our founder and President kept wondering to himself why there wasn’t a better way to teach
children to skate, particularly since he had several children in hockey programs. Finding ice time, coaching,
training, and time was always a problem. Our VP of Sales (and a hockey coach and fan), was pondering the
same problem when the two crossed paths as their sons competed in local amateur hockey leagues together.
Our founder’s thoughts evolved and convalesced into the preliminary sketches for what was to become the
StrideDeck™ platform. After many prototypes, design questions, eureka moments, help from friends and
associates, and the encouragement and support from his family, friends, and various experts, the StrideDeck™
platform was created, patented, and is now available for persons to perfect their stride, anywhere, anytime.
