The StrideDeck platform is designed to allow at any point during the range of motion to focus on that weak
area. For either or both legs, using the StrideDeck platform causes the injured person to concentrate on

Progression of needs
The striding motion on the StrideDeck platform is a low-impact exercise that has a wide range of application for
many recovery programs from those in the early stages to the final stage of a rehabilitation program. As well,
using the three levels of resistance tubing allows the rehabilitation program to focus on the specific body
movement in need of strength and flexibility.
The StrideDeck rolling platform allows for sliding rehabilitation programs, as well as pulling-in and pulling-out
movements. During the leg movements on the platform, the upper body can also be a part of the recovery
program, such as catching or throwing a ball, or other movements of arms, neck, head, and upper torso.
Many Exercises
As there are no restrictions to the leg’s movement on the StrideDeck platform, there are many types and
ranges of exercises permitted. Yoga and stretching exercises on the StrideDeck platform can be implemented
into any rehabilitation program.
Programs involving core training, dynamic recovery, and balancing with or without resistance tubing, can easily
be integrated into any rehabilitation program. The uniqueness of the StrideDeck platform allows the injured
person to exercise at one’s own pace and rate of recovery.
Storage
The StrideDeck’s two platforms are light in weight and are easily set up and dismantled. The dimensions of the
two platforms allow for small storage space, and when not in use may be easily stored, freeing up the floor
space for other activities.
